trend walk at bird
On November 22, 2014 The Girl Print attended Trend Walk at Bird, hosted by The Makers Collective and Sincerely ALC. The event benefitted Kyan's Kause Charity Organization. TGP sold their "I Believe" car stickers and face painted for kids.
international day of the girl bazaar
On October 12, 2014, The Girl Print held a bazaar in honor of the International Day of the Girl (October 11th). It was a fun-filled Sunday consisting of various vendors, good music, and performances from the Our Lady of Lourdes Academy singers and the Better Families through Tae Kwon Do martial artists. The event was successful in raising over $1800 which was donated to Girl Up, a United Nations Organization, to support the education of young girls in developing countries across the globe.
s'mores bake sale
In late spring of 2014, The Girl Print held a smores bake sale in order to raise money for Lotus House, a local women's shelter in Miami. With the money raised, we were able to purchase 10 bags and fill them with all kinds of supplies that the kids of these women might need. It was a great experience driving over to Lotus House and donating the bags and was the first project that TGP undertook.
